About the Doctor

I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy orientation, specialized in addressing disorders such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and relationship issues. My clinical practice is complemented by solid training in interpersonal neurobiology, evidence-based psychology and psychotherapy, and a deep interest in integrating mindfulness tools into therapeutic processes. I am also dedicated to designing and leading experiential workshops for different groups, ranging from mental health professionals to teaching and administrative staff. In these spaces I seek to translate psychological and neuroscientific knowledge into practical, meaningful tools for emotional self-care and supporting others. I have been invited to speak at events related to suicide prevention, stress management, and mental health, for both adolescents and adults. I am interested in building bridges between rigorous clinical knowledge and clear, human, applicable communication. Beyond the clinical field, I also research with a critical eye topics such as biologically appropriate canine nutrition, animal welfare, and the coherence between science and everyday life. My approach always starts from respect, depth, and the pursuit of making a real impact on people's lives. I firmly believe in the power of connection, conscious presence, and knowledge as tools for transformation.
