About the Doctor

Do you feel anxious, emotionally blocked, or with the feeling that something is not quite settling in your life or your relationship? I accompany individuals and couples going through moments of stress, crisis, relational conflicts, or emotional exhaustion, helping them understand what is happening to them and find clearer and healthier ways to relate to themselves and others. I am a psychologist, I completed a Master's Degree in Gestalt psychotherapy, and a specialty in couples therapy, a specialty in therapy with adolescents, a specialty in trauma work, a specialty in work with symptoms, and a specialty in group therapy. I am passionate about my work supporting people to have tools to address their problems and challenges and thus grow in the different spheres of their lives; we work on various topics such as: anxiety, panic attacks, self-esteem, depression, psychosomatic illnesses, trauma, and also tools that help you improve your quality of life, as well as your personal and work relationships.
