I am a physical therapist specialized in sports, passionate about helping people move better, recover safely, and go back to enjoying what they love most: their body in motion.My work centers on accompanying athletes — professional and amateur — through their whole process: from injury prevention to recovery and optimal performance.Each session is a personalized space, where I combine the science of movement with active listening, empathy, and motivation. I firmly believe that physical therapy not only treats injuries, but also teaches the body to rediscover its balance and strength.My goal is for every person to feel accompanied, understood, and strengthened, both physically and mentally, on their path to an active and healthy life.
