I hold a bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics from the Universidad del Valle de Toluca, completed in 2015, a master's in strategic management of health organizations from the same university in 2017, and a master's in MBA from the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña in Barcelona in 2019. I also completed a postgraduate program in microbiota through Regenera University in 2022. My work experience has been varied, always combined with private practice; I had the good fortune to complete my social service at the children's hospital and the women's hospital, both located in Toluca. After that I worked in the hospital cafeteria department, where I rotated between the Mónica Pretelini maternal-perinatal hospital, the children's hospital, and the women's hospital. Afterward I worked at ISEM in a program focused on chronic non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, overweight, and obesity in adults and older adults. My goal is to help you find the simplest path suited to your lifestyle, to improve habits and, in this way, have a better quality of life in the short and long term.
