About the Doctor

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist, graduate of the Universidad Latinoamericana (ULA). As part of my academic training, I also hold a Diploma in Adolescence; Diploma in Mindfulness Meditation; Diploma in Systemic Therapy; Diploma in Comprehensive Training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); and Certification as an Emotional Educator; among others. I obtained certification from Grupo CyR as a Personal Coach, before the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) and the Universidad Motolinia (UM). And as an Organizational Coach with Team Power, before the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The focus of my professional experience is linked to the design, implementation, and/or support of change and development processes - both at the individual, couple, family, group, and organizational level -; in which the person occupies the central place, considering their connection with themselves, with others, and with their environments. I am currently pursuing a specialty in Trauma and Psychosocial Intervention, in addition to a Master's in Cognitive Therapy.
