My consultation goes beyond a meal plan, since in bariatric clinical care the patient is seen comprehensively, covering the aspects that affect their physical and emotional well-being. We seek to find the root of the problem and thus provide the best follow-up during treatment. The comorbidities I face are mainly: type 2 diabetes, arterial hypertension, mixed dyslipidemias, metabolic syndrome, thyroid pathologies, among others. The consultation includes (500 pesos) the preparation of a complete medical history, focused on nutritional aspects, an appropriate physical exam with measurement of current weight, ideal weight, overweight, height in cm, determination through bioimpedance of body fat %, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, interpretation of chemical laboratory analyses (please bring them if you have them from the past year). The idea of my treatment is to influence the modification of eating behaviors according to the patient's needs, an appropriate physical conditioning plan, therapeutic support based on phytopharmaceuticals or natural products, cosmetology counseling, and if necessary, psychological support from a specialist.
