Hi, I'm Dr. José Alan Polanco Fierro. I'm glad to welcome you; I know that coming to a consultation can sometimes bring up doubts or nerves, and my intention is for you to feel at ease from the very first moment.I am a physician specializing in sports medicine. I accompany people who want to move better, return to their activity after an injury, start exercising safely, or improve their performance, always with a realistic plan tailored to their life.I work in Mexico City and, in addition to seeing patients in consultation, I participate in hospital care and in training students. I also lead a multidisciplinary team at QP Clinic, which allows me to coordinate comprehensive care, when needed, without complicating the process for you.In the consultation, I like to listen first: what worries you, what limits you, what goals you have and what has worked for you before. From there, I explain the options clearly and we make decisions together, step by step, without rushing and without scolding.I work with you on body recomposition, on managing metabolic problems with the support of exercise and nutrition, and on the treatment and recovery of injuries.
