I am a graduate of the Instituto Nacional de Psiquiatría Ramón de la Fuente Muñiz, an institution where I currently serve as a researcher in the Research Promotion Unit, participating in projects related to neurodevelopment, diagnostic optimization, biostatistics, and evaluation of novel treatments in Mexicans. My clinical practice is oriented toward the comprehensive evaluation and treatment of adults, with special interest not only in any psychiatric disorder, but also in attending to particular, uncommon, complex cases or cases where possible neuropsychiatric diagnoses need to be confirmed. I work from a rigorous clinical approach, based on up-to-date scientific evidence, with an emphasis on diagnostic precision, individualized treatment, and patient psychoeducation. In addition, I hold a distinction as a member of the Sistema Nacional de Investigadores of the Secretaría de Humanidades, Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación, as well as of the Red Latinoamericana de Investigadores. I am part of various national and international scientific, academic, and professional associations, linked to psychiatry, neuropsychiatry, mental health research, and philosophy of science. I am a member of professional societies in Mexico, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australasia, which allows me to maintain continuous updating and a broad, reflective, and contextualized humanized perspective. Additionally, I carry out scientific and philosophical outreach activities in digital spaces, with the goal of bringing knowledge of these disciplines to society in a clear, ethical, and responsible way.
