My name is Jose Jaime Castaneda de la Rosa, physician and surgeon, graduate of the Universidad Autonoma de Aguascalientes, and specialist in family medicine from the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social. I have more than 10 years of experience in primary care and emergency consultations. During my career, I have dedicated my medical practice to providing quality services to people with acute and chronic conditions, as well as resolving their complications, both inside and outside hospitals. Convinced that overall well-being is founded on the proper functioning of our body, mind, and spirit, my approach is centered on integrative, functional, and personalized care. I seek to identify and address the underlying causes of the clinical conditions my patients present, taking into account fundamental aspects of their lives, such as their lifestyle, nutrition, physical activity, sleep quality, stress management, exposure to toxic substances, and positive social connections. My goal is to promote health and well-being in all aspects of my patients' lives, rather than simply treating the symptoms of an illness.
