I am Dr. Juan Manuel Martin Bufajer, I am a General Surgeon and diagnostic and therapeutic Gastrointestinal Endoscopist. My main goal is to offer you trustworthy, humane, personalized care. I am a physician who always seeks the best option for my patients, medically, financially, and ethically, always with empathy and understanding, trying to provide simple, clear information to my patients. Rest assured you will always receive professional, warm care at every visit and procedure. -I trained as a General Physician at UNAM, with rotations at the most prestigious hospitals in Mexico. - I completed the specialty in General Surgery (Gastrointestinal Surgery and Digestive Tract Diseases) at Hospital de Especialidades de la Raza IMSS, birthplace of great physicians and pioneer of the country's best surgeons. - Afterward I completed a High Specialty course in diagnostic and therapeutic Gastrointestinal Endoscopy at Hospital de Especialidades de la Raza IMSS, one of the hospitals where the most diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures in the country are performed. - I worked as an attending physician in General and Gastrointestinal Surgery for 2 years at Centro Medico La Raza - I am currently an attending physician in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy at Hospital de Especialidades de La Raza IMSS -Adjunct Professor at the Centro de Ensenanza de Minima Invasion (CECMI) of the Asociacion Mexicana de Cirugia General. -Adjunct Professor for the Gastrointestinal Endoscopy course at UNAM I have had the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from the best specialists in the country to offer safe techniques always tailored to the needs of each case. I continue my training in Laparoscopic and minimally invasive Surgery, as well as Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, two of my great passions.
