About the Doctor

I have dedicated myself to providing psychotherapeutic support to children, adolescents, and adults. I have training as a Psychotherapist from the Person-Centered Approach, and I have also trained in Humanistic Play Therapy, Neuropsychological Testing for Child Diagnosis, as well as Humanistic Strategies for working with adolescents. I have collaborated with different schools such as Instituto María Canales and Colegio Concepción Pascal, giving lectures in the School for Parents cycles and workshops for children on various topics, for example: Active Listening, Emotional Intelligence, Self-Esteem for Children, How to Foster Autonomy and Independence in Preschool Children, Setting Limits, among others. I have worked as a psychotherapist at the Centro Regional de Rehabilitación Integral DIF, Tuxpan, Veracruz, and as a teacher at different elementary schools. I am currently pursuing a Certification in Focusing-Oriented Psychotherapy and another in Executive Coaching. I am also a teacher at the elementary level and am collaborating as a speaker at the Centros de Integración Juvenil Tlalpan. My professional practice is guided by the humanistic approach, and I firmly believe in people's ongoing search (whatever their age) to maintain a state of well-being, and that the solution to problems is intimately linked to their inner wisdom.
