About the Doctor

I am a graduate of UNAM, with 5 years of clinical experience providing psychological care to children, adolescents and adults with a systemic approach. I also administer psychometric tests for the educational and clinical areas in order to obtain a better diagnosis to determine the appropriate treatment based on a biopsychosocial model, thus improving quality of life, enhancing psychological resources to better cope with situations, achieve adequate emotional self-regulation and, ultimately, good mental health. I also provide vocational guidance for young people who still have doubts about their life plan, analyzing their interests and aptitudes, as well as career guidance (psychometric tests, sessions to better prepare for job interviews, job searching, workplace environment, etc.) On the other hand, I work with a multidisciplinary team (psychiatrist and child psychiatrist), and if referral is required we offer this service at a better price and treatment. Finally, I provide guidance to parents through weekend courses and workshops on various topics about positive parenting. Based on my professional training I specialize in: Care for children and adolescents with behavioral, emotional and learning problems through play therapy and parent integration - Care for adults (depression, anxiety, breakups, grief) under a cognitive-behavioral approach Care for patients with chronic degenerative diseases (cancer, hypertension, diabetes, etc.) and their family. My priority is to provide you a space where you find comfort, warmth, trust, empathy and integrity to improve your emotional well-being, since that will be reflected in the physical, social, work, and partner and/or family areas.
