About the Doctor
Graduate of the Bachelor's in Psychology from Universidad Anáhuac. Master's in Psychotherapy and Child Development. The motivation to contribute positively to people's lives has driven me to continuously train and prepare in Contextual Behavioral Therapies, among which stand out: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Behavioral Activation Therapy, ACT-MATRIX and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which are the therapies with the most scientific evidence. I completed my training at institutions such as the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México; the Instituto de Ciencias Conductual Contextual y Terapias Integrativas, CDMX and Centro InterContext, Peru. I currently treat children, adolescents and adults, with issues such as depression, anxiety and behavioral problems, applying tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Contextual Behavioral Therapies in individual format. I have extensive experience in psychometric evaluations; since 2013 I have served as a collaborator with the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in conducting these for applicants to medical residencies in the health sector.
