I am a General Practitioner focused on the area of Mental Health. Basically, in my consultations I see psychiatric conditions that can be managed at the first level of care. I have the authority to prescribe psychiatric medications, but pharmacological treatment is only one of my approaches. I always consider my patient from all their dimensions, as a whole and not just as their symptoms. In each consultation I explore what has led them to feel they lost their wellbeing, help them become aware of it, and provide them with tools to change it. My intention is to give all my patients back control over their mind and teach them how to live feeling well.
