WITH MORE THAN 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD OF CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY, MY APPROACH FOCUSES ON THE COMPREHENSIVE WELL-BEING OF THE HUMAN BEING: MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT. My holistic training and systemic vision allow me to approach each person as a whole, using tools that heal deeply, such as Healing Hypnosis, Family Constellations, and Holistic Psychotherapy. I am a specialist in Nutrition and Mood through the University of Los Angeles California (UCLA), and I am certified as a Nutritional Coach and Healthy Culinary Chef, blending mindful eating with emotional well-being. In addition, as a Certified Yoga and Ayurveda Teacher, I have integrated ancestral techniques into my therapies, such as pranayama, meditation, herbalism, and reiki, to enhance my clients' natural healing: MY PRACTICE IS A SPACE WHERE I COMBINE THE BEST OF PSYCHOLOGY, HYPNOSIS, NLP, EFT (TAPPING), YOGA, AYURVEDA, FAMILY SYSTEMS, AND OTHER CUTTING-EDGE METHODS, HELPING EACH PERSON FIND THEIR OWN PATH TOWARD WELL-BEING.
