About the Doctor

I am Maria del Carmen Navarro Mandujano, a psychologist graduated from UNAM with more than 18 years of experience in individual and couples therapeutic accompaniment from an eclectic point of view, since I consider that each of the historical approaches in psychology contributes to different aspects of the human being. Teaching experience; consulting in Human Resources; designing and teaching courses and workshops, have been determining factors in developing my skills in observation, active listening, mindfulness, commitment, and empathy. I know it is not easy to dare and decide to take the first step to seek professional help. Many times, in the first instance, we turn to family and friends to be heard, and for the moment we apply the advice received, but after a few days or weeks the problems return again and again. This is why I offer you genuine and professional accompaniment in the therapeutic work that we will do together to find the solutions you need, based on human treatment, trust, professionalism, empathy, ethics, and confidentiality.
