¡Hola! Me da mucho gusto que estés aquí. Mi nombre es María José, soy Licenciada en Psicología y Máster en Neuropsicología Clínica y Psicoterapia. Cuento con más de 3 años de experiencia en acompañamiento psicoterapéutico para diversos temas, como ansiedad, burnout, procesos de adaptación, etc. Yo trabajo con un enfoque que busca identificar y re-construir los patrones que seguimos y que llega un momento en que ya no nos son funcionales. No busco que cambiemos tu forma de pensar ni mucho menos de ser, sino que, con base en lo que vayamos analizando, tomes una decisión informada respecto a tú que quieres lograr, y qué vamos a hacer para que mejores tu calidad de vida. My name is María José, I have my Bachelor´s in Psychology, and got my Master´s in Clinical Neuropsychology and Psychotherapy. I have over three years of expertise in psychotherapeutic processes, such as anxiety, burnout, adaptative processes, etc. My main focus is in the aknowledgment and re- building of patterns that we follow but are not necessarily the best for us anymore.
