About the Doctor

Hello! I am a dermatologist, a graduate of Hospital Gea Gonzalez, and afterward I was at the University of Toronto specializing in skin problems in children. I then spent a year at Harvard University refining my medical knowledge. The skin is the largest organ in the body, and therefore the organ or system with the most conditions; and these can vary a great deal in symptoms, chronicity or duration, and severity. What we do at the first visit is evaluate your skin and the problems you want to resolve, and we design a plan and a treatment to reach your goals. A very important part is explaining to you in depth what is happening with your skin and how we are going to address it, and even providing you with informational materials. I take my time with patients — you will not have a rushed consultation, and I assure you that you will receive the best possible medical care, based on my knowledge and scientific evidence.
