About the Doctor

I am Nutritionist Mariana Herrasti, the "Technological Nutritionist," and many will ask, "why technological?" Simple... Technological refers to the fact that I will teach, provide, and create Nutrition based on science and its fundamentals. Nutrition drawn from journals, important publications, or up-to-date conferences. "Neuronutrition," advanced or novel diets with scientific grounding. In the world, science advances — why hasn't nutrition yet? We're still stuck with old-fashioned ideas and grandma's advice. I have one very clear goal... For people to learn to eat, so they no longer live to count calories, much less follow passing "trends." Because I am tired of people trying to brainwash others with false ideas about nutrition: magic juices? "detox" foods? That processed food kills and organic is the fountain of eternal youth, or the famous "eating little equals being thin," "detox," "rejuvenating," "alkalizing," "clean eating"... TOO MANY WORDS." I tell my patients: When you hear a word like that, run the other way, flee! LITERALLY. That's why I'm here, to help you in the process of fighting your overweight or malnutrition, and also to improve your body in every possible deficiency you may have, and to help you learn to have a healthy lifestyle.
