About the Doctor

Hello! I am Maribel Zamora, a psychologist with a master's degree in Cognitive Development from Universidad Madero, and I am currently pursuing my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Colegio Nacional de Peritos y Psicologos de Mexico. This advanced training reflects my ongoing commitment to excellence and deepening my knowledge in the field of clinical psychology. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various settings that have enriched my professional practice, including universities, elementary schools, and as director of the wellness program at Cede. I have also worked in a juvenile detention center and in the government sector supporting programs aimed at women. My main strengths include adaptability and the ability to design and implement psychological programs that respond to the specific needs of different groups and contexts. My experience in education and program leadership has allowed me to develop skills in effective resource management and in creating environments conducive to emotional and cognitive well-being. As an educator, I value the opportunity to foster a learning environment that promotes self-knowledge and empathy. Effective communication and the ability to connect with others are skills I have cultivated and consider essential in my daily practice. In my personal life, I enjoy reading and art, both essential to my professional development and personal well-being.
