I am a psychologist passionate about working with parents, children, and adolescents. My responsibility is continuous updating and quality practice. My priority is to provide clients with evidence-based approaches so that their personal and material investment is recovered in favorable results for their children. It is important to me to be clear about my methodology: 1.- In the first session, parents or primary caregivers attend, preferably without the child, to conduct the clinical history, initial psychological evaluation, and parent training. 2.- Starting with the second session, the child or adolescent attends; visits may alternate with sessions for parents or caregivers, where the psychological evaluation and training will be resumed. The complete treatment totals approximately 12 visits; this number may increase or decrease depending on the course of symptom evolution. 3.- After this period, and according to the goals achieved (which are measured objectively, through psychological tests), the child or adolescent is discharged. With an open appointment for maintenance. 4.- Without exception, the cost of the consultation is $500 5.- Without exception, the age for admitting a subject to therapy is 8 to 18 years of age. Other technical matters - Arrive early to find parking (there are no nearby public parking lots) - Sessions lasting 45 to 60 minutes. - May attend weekly or biweekly. - Therapy lasts a total of approximately 3 to 6 months, depending on progress and adherence to treatment. - We do not treat cases of addiction, eating disorders, learning disorders, reading-writing disorders, autism spectrum (Exception: Asperger's*) or psychotic disorders. - Attendance will be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp; if there is no confirmation, the appointment will be canceled. - If attendance is confirmed and the session is not attended, a $100 fee will be charged. - Treatment certificates, discharge summaries, monthly treatment reports, and results of psychological and neuropsychological evaluations are issued. - We do not issue invoices. - The following information is requested on first contact: Name of parents/caregivers: Name and age of patient: Means of contact to confirm appointment: (Can be email, WhatsApp, or phone) Brief reason for consultation: (May be omitted if you prefer, until the first in-person consultation)
