Psychologist licensed by the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico and updated with a diploma in psychotherapist training. I have 4 years of experience in the clinical area; I have worked with patients individually, in couples therapy, and at the family level. Some of the reasons for consultation I have treated are low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, grief, communication, assertiveness, and sexual problems. I apply Praxis Therapy, which takes up the meanings contained in each human action, such as thoughts, emotions, behaviors, or interactions, creating an individual and unique therapeutic process. In couples or family therapy, individual meanings are identified and how they interact with each other is determined. Sessions are weekly and effective goals are worked on that seek to spur action, using cognitive behavioral techniques that together will lead to achieving bigger goals and noticeable changes.
