I am a psychologist, of Dutch origin, and I currently see Mexican and international clients. Most of my clients I help and support through processes of grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties (family, couple, friendship, at work, etc.). In my therapies I use an integrated approach, combining techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, logotherapy, thanatology, and mindfulness, always adapting the tools to each client's needs and circumstances. My priority is to offer a safe space for listening and containment, where each client feels understood, validated, and supported in their personal process.
