Soy psicóloga, de origen neerlandés, y actualmente atiendo a clientes mexicanos e internacionales. La mayoría de mis clientes ayudo y acompaño en sus procesos de duelo y perdida, depresión, ansiedad y dificultades de relaciones (familiar, de pareja, de amistad, en el trabajo etc). En mis terapias uso un enfoque integrado, combinando técnicas de terapia cognitiva conductual, logoterapia, tanatologia y mindfulness, siempre adaptando las herramientas a las necesidades y circunstancias de cada cliente. Mi prioridad es ofrecer un espacio seguro, de escucha y contención, donde cada cliente se sienta comprendido, validado y acompañando en su proceso personal.
