About the Doctor

Hello I am Dr. Nili Villa, proudly graduated from the Universidad del Noreste in Tampico Tamaulipas; since my training as a physician I found a love and passion for sports nutrition, and for caring for health through better eating and exercise habits; I have taken several courses on the subject, which has enabled me to give you comprehensive guidance. In the last two years since the start of the pandemic, seeing the need for mental health for comprehensive health, I have made it a point to include it within my consultations because my motto is "as within, so without". I believe that every illness can be improved with a change of habits from within, which will be reflected on the outside. My mission in the follow-up of your consultations is to improve and enhance your physical and mental health in order to teach you to have a better quality of life.
