For booking your appointment: - At Tanatologia RENASCI we protect the security of your personal information; we offer ONLINE and IN-PERSON THERAPY service Monday to Saturday, Mexico central time. - Check the calendar and available slots for online and in-person appointments by email - When you make your booking, the therapist will contact you by email to share the information relevant to your consultation. - We will send you the bank details to make your transfer or deposit prior to your appointment. - At Tanatologia RENASCI your time and ours are very valuable, so you are asked to arrive punctually to the consultation; in case a cancellation or change of date and time is necessary, please inform at least 3 hours in advance of your consultation (to be considered for a future appointment) II. About payment of fees. 1) ONLINE appointments scheduled in advance: payment should preferably be made 24 hours in advance. 2) ONLINE appointments scheduled for the same day: payment must be made at least 3 hours before the session. 3) IN-PERSON appointments scheduled in advance: payment is made at the end of the session. - ONLINE appointments not confirmed with prior payment are automatically canceled in the virtual schedule; contact us if you had any complication and we will reschedule a new appointment for you at no cost. -> Sessions can take place weekly or biweekly, depending on each case, the client's availability, and an agreement between the professional and the patient.
