I am a Psychologist trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a practice grounded in evidence-based models. My main populations are children and adolescents. I hold a Master's degree in Psychology from University College London (UCL) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). My clinical experience focuses on the treatment of anxiety, emotional and behavioral regulation difficulties, as well as neurodevelopmental conditions. I work from a structured and clear model, integrating Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy protocols with strategies adapted to the developmental stage. This allows for interventions with defined goals, consistent clinical follow-up, and concrete tools for emotional and behavioral management. I have experience in psychological assessment, clinical formulation, crisis intervention, and short-, medium-, and long-term therapeutic support. Working with families and, when necessary, with educational institutions, is part of the process to ensure coherence and continuity in the intervention.
