Throughout life, situations will happen to us that cause us pain or discomfort — we cannot avoid this, but we can react and act in a way so that this pain does not distance us from the things that are important to us. Having a life worth living is the goal we can reach by accepting our experience, regulating our emotions, making our thinking more flexible, and changing our behavior. Through therapy we can achieve this change. I am a clinical psychologist trained in evidence-based therapies, and I am continuously training to provide you with a service in which you can be confident you are receiving effective treatment for the care of your Mental Health.
