I love being part of the process that leads you to a state of well-being and health, so I also try to help you learn and become aware of the reasons for consuming all the nutrients, thereby promoting a good relationship with food and with yourself. Beyond this, my focus is on body recomposition (increasing muscle mass and decreasing body fat) and good performance. As well as treating all health conditions related to insulin resistance, such as diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome, hypothyroidism, and others.
