Hi! Nice to meet you. I am a psychologist with a behavioral approach, and I work from a perspective based on scientific evidence. I work mainly with anxiety issues in the adult population. In session we analyze what is currently maintaining the problem (not just what caused it), and we design clear, practical, and measurable interventions. I do not work from guilt, judgment, or quick fixes. I work from learning, functional analysis, and the development of psychological skills that allow you to act even in the presence of distress.
