I am a Licensed Psychologist and specialist in Family and Couples Therapy, in clinical hypnosis, psychopathology, and suicide-related issues. I also hold various diplomas that have helped me in my professional development to offer different alternatives for my patients' problems. My professional experience focuses on working with adults and children over 11 years old who face problems of anxiety, grief and depression, suicidal ideation, and stress. My therapeutic approach is based on postmodern psychotherapies such as solution-focused, structural, strategic, problem-centered therapy, brief therapy, and family and couples therapy that seeks to find and strengthen the existing resources in the client's life to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. I firmly believe that we all possess the potential for change and development, and my work consists of helping to discover and harness that potential. During my therapeutic sessions, I use different techniques and methods adapted to the individual needs of each client. My goal is to create an atmosphere of trust and understanding, where the client can feel comfortable and safe to share their thoughts and emotions.
