General physician graduated from the UAA, ophthalmologist since 1996, graduate of the Hospital Para Evitar la Ceguera in Mexico, with a diploma from the UNAM as an Ophthalmic Surgeon, working as an ophthalmologist in private practice since 1996; in 1999 I joined the ISSSTE general hospital, where I have almost 22 years as a staff physician in the specialty of Ophthalmology; I worked at the Hospital Civil (Miguel Hidalgo) for 15 years from 2001 to 2016 based in the surgery department as an Ophthalmologist, Medical Director of the Eye and Tissue Bank of Ags. for the period 2003 to 2004, and I collaborated as an ophthalmologist at the Eye Bank for more than 15 years on a volunteer basis; I took on the position of President of the College of Ophthalmology for the years 2014 and 2015, organizing courses and academic sessions for members during my term.
