Welcome. I am Sandra and I dedicate myself to supporting people like you, who instead of wanting to be cured are looking to deeply broaden the understanding they have of themselves, their history, relationships, body, health, profession, etc., through a therapeutic dialogue that is noble to you, to your memory, and careful with your body, because it is there that all the experiences of your world have passed through. I have eleven years of practice with the non-pathologizing therapy called Hermeneutic Phenomenological Existential Analysis, to which I have added biological-somatic work called Somatic Experiencing and the 5 Biological Laws. By the way, I am a fan of Beethoven, I love chocolates, literature, coffee, movies that keep you up at night, animals, etcetera etcetera. → → RESULTS for you • Clarity about how you make your decisions. • Regulation of the bodily and psychological discomfort you have experienced after going through highly stressful or traumatic situations -chronic or acute-. • You will understand what biological mechanisms are behind the unsettling or troubling situation you're going through. • Peace of mind since I won't tell you what you should do; rather, I will try to understand your history and the dilemmas you face in your life. • Freedom to decide without being directed by my opinions or the ideas of others. • Breadth regarding the meanings you have given to your life, conflicts, etcetera. • You won't be talking non-stop, you'll be with me and my awareness and presence to support you in whatever we discuss, from the most calm to the most painful or distressing. → → What I treat Whatever you're going through whether it's painful, embarrassing, distressing, where you feel undervalued, you feel fear or panic, you've lost someone -a person or a beloved pet-, your health, if you feel unseen in your environment, experiences that have caused you trauma or shock, up to everyday experiences that others believe aren't worth talking about. → → NOTES * I only see adults, meaning those over 24 years of age. ** To achieve everything you just read, we must create, maintain, and nurture a genuine therapeutic relationship, so my sessions are weekly.
