I am a psychotherapist with a systemic approach. I am a graduate of the Universidad del Valle de Mexico with a bachelor's degree in Psychology, as well as a master's in Systemic Family Psychotherapy. I have a private practice where I see patients. I began my career as a systemic family psychotherapist with an unwavering passion for helping people build healthy relationships and feel better about themselves and their loved ones. Since then, I have traveled an exciting path of learning and professional growth that has enriched my life and that of those I have had the honor of accompanying in their process of change and transformation. Throughout my career, I have invested time and effort in continuing education, participating in various specialized courses and diplomas in systemic family therapy and related approaches. These experiences have given me a broad understanding of family dynamics, communication patterns, and interpersonal systems. I am grateful for the opportunity to acquire new tools and techniques that have enriched my clinical practice and allowed me to address my patients' challenges more effectively and compassionately. One of my most rewarding achievements has been seeing the positive impact my work has had on my clients' lives. Every time I see families strengthen their bonds and resolve conflicts constructively, I feel deep satisfaction. Witnessing human resilience and being part of the healing process is an experience that fills me with humility and joy. I enjoy every day of my work as a therapist, knowing that I can make a significant difference in people's lives. The empathy and connection I establish with my patients are fundamental to creating a safe environment where they can explore their emotions and vulnerabilities. The therapeutic process can be challenging, but it is also tremendously enriching and full of mutual learning. As a systemic family psychotherapist, my goal is to keep growing personally and professionally, always committed to providing the best possible care to those who seek my help. I am grateful for the privilege of having found a calling that I am passionate about and that allows me to make a difference in people's lives.
