I studied a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a psychoanalytic approach at Universidad Intercontinental. Then, at the Instituto Humanista de Psicoterapia Gestalt, I completed two graduate programs, one in Human Development and another in Gestalt Psychotherapy, as well as a specialty in Sexuality. Gestalt psychotherapy focuses on the here and now, on the present, on what the individual thinks or feels, taking into account the past that affects the present.
