I have experience addressing psycho-emotional issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, decision-making, emotional and existential crises, self-esteem and motivation problems, etc. I hold graduate studies and work with evidence-based psychology, meaning all the techniques I use have been tested through rigorous scientific criteria and have proven their functionality and effectiveness, which reduces risk and guarantees better results. In some sessions, and depending on needs, psychometric tests can be applied that allow us to measure some relevant aspects for meeting therapeutic goals. Consultations last 1 hour.
