About the Doctor

Hello! I am a graduate of the Universidad Cuauhtemoc de Aguascalientes, where I studied for my Bachelor's in Psychology and completed my social service at the Unidad de Medicina Familiar No. 10, providing psychological therapy to patients who needed the service. I currently have 6 years of experience in the clinical field. I hold a Master's in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which has given me tools to treat problems with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, anger, aggressiveness, stress, lack of motivation, social skills, bullying problems in adolescents, social anxiety, and relationship problems. I am Certified by Access Consciousness and by the World Health Organization as an Access Bars Therapist, which help reduce stress and improve mental and physical clarity. It is an alternative and holistic therapy that offers tools to remove limitations and biases, create new beliefs, and break unnecessary patterns. My way of working is instructive; I like the patient to connect with themselves and be open to living in ongoing self-questioning. Remember that we are a team, and building a healthy therapeutic relationship is of the utmost importance. I hope we can work together! Everything comes into my life with ease, joy, and glory.
