I specialize in therapeutic support for women seeking to reframe their experiences, expand their self-knowledge, and strengthen their preferred identity through narrative therapy with a feminist perspective. I graduated with a degree in psychology from UNAM in 2014, I hold a Master's in Women's Studies from UAM, and I have trained through courses in narrative practices; I hold a diploma in Narrative Therapy focused on the prevention of and care for gender violence. To do my work, I start from the recognition that each woman is an expert in her own story and her own life; therefore, my role in the therapeutic process is to accompany her path of self-discovery, asking questions that let her be the author of her story and build her preferred identity.
