I work with the cognitive-behavioral and systemic family model, although we can adapt to what you need; I am here to be a guide in your personal growth. I will show you how to reach self-knowledge and thus have healthy relationships; you will be able to reinvent yourself and understand how certain beliefs have led us to frustration, depression, and anxiety. I will help you learn how to lead a full life without complexes and fears, so you can find your emotional balance. To achieve this, I will teach you various strategies such as Mindfulness among others. If you have children, I can help you practice positive parenting through various emotional or affective strategies that help improve their behavior or mood. I also have the tools to work with people with disabilities and carry out any psychological evaluation you need. We will choose the goal to work on, and I will help you develop more emotional skills, functional behaviors, and rational thoughts. During your process you will become an expert on what troubles you, in such a way that you will come to become your own therapist.
