Jose Carlos Alcocer Canez, Physician, Surgeon, and Obstetrician, graduate of the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California (UABC) in 1997, with a medical specialty in Angiology and Vascular Surgery and a Master's degree from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM), obtained in 2002 and 2018 respectively. My professional career of more than 20 years dedicated to independent practice in the medical and surgical care of people with conditions of the circulatory system related to the specialty of Angiology and Vascular Surgery has "always and entirely been centered on the patient" and includes extensive experience in treating: varicose veins, venous and diabetic ulcers, lower limb salvage particularly in the population with diabetes mellitus and peripheral vascular disease, phlebitis, thrombosis, and embolisms in the upper and lower extremities; as well as creating vascular access for chronic hemodialysis in patients undergoing renal replacement therapy.
