I offer psychological and sexological services, under humanistic and cognitive-behavioral approaches. The work I do with my patients focuses on accompanying their experience and applying specific techniques to improve aspects of their emotional and sexual life, addressing conditions related to mood, anxiety, stress, couple relationships, difficulties in sexual relationships, sexual identity processes, vocational choice, and general psychological distress. I work through in-person or virtual sessions, once a week or every two weeks, lasting around one hour. Treatment requires commitment and responsibility from clients; it is necessary that they engage with the activities to ensure improvement in symptoms. I work with adolescents and adults, either individually or as couples. The treatment I provide is through accompaniment, dialogue, and exploration of your life experiences; through exercises so you can develop skills; through the expression of your feelings and thoughts; focused on your personal knowledge to enhance your quality of life, primarily in aspects of emotional and sexual health. The treatment is medication-free, although with some patients a joint consultation with medical specialists is required. I offer you a space for your personal growth, to heal, learn, and develop. Before starting treatment, it is important that we have a first session, so you can tell me what is happening to you and I can explain the way of working in more detail. I have the opportunity to divide my working time, so I also offer conference and training workshop services for students, parents, teachers, professionals, and the general public.
