About the Doctor

I am an orthopedic traumatologist specializing in hand surgery and microsurgery. From an early stage in my professional training I developed a passion for hand surgery, and I have devoted all my efforts to training in this area. I currently work exclusively in hand surgery, which covers all the pathology that can occur from the arm to the fingertips. I have accumulated more than 10 years of experience treating fractures, nerve injuries, tendon injuries, and all types of injuries that occur in the upper limb. In addition to my training in Mexico, I have supplemented my training with specialized international courses in the United States, Germany, Argentina, and Chile. In Mexico I am an opinion leader on the subject, as I have multiple publications in national journals and actively participate as a professor at a large number of hand surgery congresses. I have a first-rate medical team made up of hand surgeons, orthopedists, rehabilitation specialists, physical therapists, and other specialties to resolve cases comprehensively. My main workplace is Centro Medico ABC, which has the best infrastructure among private hospitals in Mexico. At that hospital I am a referral point for multiple physicians, including orthopedists and plastic surgeons, for the treatment of complex hand cases. Additionally, I do charitable work at Brimex (the ABC's charity clinic). I belong to multiple medical societies, notably as an international member of the ASSH (American Society for Surgery of the Hand) and as a FACS (Fellow of the American College of Surgeons). My mission is to provide a professional, specialized, and results-oriented hand surgery service with the best patient care, adapted to their needs.
