After years of experience in the clinical field, I have directed my approach to care based on warm, human, and direct treatment, primarily seeking the prevention of diseases in patients, as well as the appropriate treatment to resolve conditions that harm health and quality of life. It is essential, from the first encounter, to establish a relationship of respect and trust to build a verbal medical history, confirmed by physical examination and, if necessary, reaffirmed through imaging and laboratory studies, some of which are performed starting at the first visit. If surgical intervention is required, we will seek to perform a minimally invasive procedure, preferably outpatient; if circumstances allow, it is done in the office. Both before and after the procedure, close, clear follow-up is provided for both the patient and family members
