I am a specialist in Angiology, Vascular and Endovascular Surgery. My specialty treats patients with diseases of the body's arteries and veins. I treat many diseases, among the most common are: chronic venous disease (varicose veins), arterial disease (cholesterol plaques in the leg arteries), diabetic foot, venous thrombosis (blood clot formation in the veins), carotid disease (cholesterol plaques in the arteries that go to the brain), aortic aneurysm, among many others. I have extensive experience treating with open and endovascular surgery, with 7 years of training as a specialist and subspecialist and 1 year of fellowship at the University of Toronto where I focused on perfecting advanced endovascular and open vascular surgery techniques. I have always cared about warm patient care, as well as the effectiveness of the treatments each person requires. One of the most important things from my point of view in a medical consultation is trust between doctor and patient and human quality in the way patients are treated.
